Our Story -

Pelaez Construction Inc. is a family based business built on knowledge passed down from generation to generation and is the product of accumulated experience dating as early as the 1973’s. The company’s founder, Miguel Pelaez, began his business in 2005 with nothing short of a couple dollars to his name and a great ambition that would shape an outstanding legacy for years to come. Through many struggles, hardships, and adversity, PCI became well renowned for its dedication to craftsmanship in all areas whether it be installation of tile, stone, brick, or slab, valuing quality over quantity. This standard has been upheld by its dedicated installers who understand that every home is a canvas for them to demonstrate their improving craft no matter what challenges they might face. Through these practices and dedication, PCI has built it’s reputation over the last 20 years to achieve exceptional recommendations across Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, and Corona Del Mar to work with some of the finest and talented Contractors, such as Willhoit Construction Inc, KRS Development, and Devco Homes. As well as innovation minds such as Eric Olsen, Morrison Interiors, Raili CA Design, and One West Studio. Together we work to build some of the best high end residential homes for extraordinary people while adding our craftsmanship and professionalism to make even the wildest ideas a reality, and of course a great conversation starter.
